We are a software studio that builds tools for people who run field operations. Irrigation auditors, pest control operators, service companies. People who spend their days in the field and their nights in spreadsheets.
We did not start with a thesis about vertical SaaS or a deck about market size. We started because someone we knew was doing irrigation audits with a calculator, a clipboard, and a Word template. The math was manual. The reports took hours. The whole process felt like it belonged in 2005.
So we built AuditFlow. Not because we planned to start a company, but because the problem was right in front of us and we knew how to write code.
AuditFlow worked. Auditors started finishing reports on-site instead of going home to type them up. The math was automatic. The PDFs looked professional. People started asking if we could build something similar for their industry.
A pest control operator in Texas saw what we were doing and said: "I have 14 technicians and I don't know which ones are making me money." He was pulling data from FieldRoutes, cross-referencing it with Everee payroll in a Google Sheet, and doing the RPH math by hand every morning.
That became PestMetrics.
Every industry has workflows that run on spreadsheets, tribal knowledge, and manual effort. Not because people are lazy, but because nobody has built the right tool yet. The generic software is too generic. The custom software is too expensive. And the people doing the work are too busy to build their own.
We pick one workflow at a time. We talk to the people doing the work. We learn how they actually operate, not how the industry whitepaper says they should. Then we build the thing that should already exist.
We ship fast. We keep the team small. We do not build features nobody asked for. If something can be automated, it should be. If it can be an API, it will be.
